Course Information

What is a C1+E Category Vehicle?

Answer: A lorry or truck that has a gross vehicle weight between 3500kg and 7,500kg with a trailer attached that has gross weight over 750kg. If you don’t have C1 on the reverse of your driving licence you need to take your driving test on this vehicle category LGV C1.

Note: Skip steps 1-3 if you have passed the LGV C1 driving test by taking a driving test in a C1 truck/van after 1/1/1997.
